How often do I use nutrients in my hydroponic system?
The HydroHarvest365 system is very easy to use and maintain. You will need to make sure you put the proper amount of nutrients in your system ever two weeks when you first plant your seeds and every week about six weeks after you start your garden to provide your plants with what they need.
How do I clean my hydroponic system and how often?
The top three tubs of the unit have drain holes. You can drain the 2 gallons of water into a pale on each level. The bottom level will take a little more effort. The bottom level is 6 gallons. We suggest scooping the water out into a sink and/or you can use a wet/dry vacuum to remove all water. After the water is all out you simply wipe it down. We recommend using white vinegar and water to limit the use of chemicals. We recommend that you completely clean out your system once per year however you may need to do it more often if the water has too much algae in it. To avoid algae, keep light out of the tubs while plants are growing.
Why does HydroHarvest365 cost so much less but has twice the yield?
Our entire mission is to provide a cost effective system that offers a high yield. We didn't want to just offer a pretty system, we wanted one that was functional and sustainable. With 17 million children going to bed hungry every night in the US, we were determined to offer an affordable system that could feed a family of four every day. We have found that HydroHarvest365 is the most cost effective and functional system on the market today.
How long will it take for this system to pay for itself?
If you spend approximately $30 to $40 per week on produce, and you plant usable vegetables, microgreens and herbs, then this system will pay for itself in less than 4 months.

When will I know if my hydroponic system needs water?
HydroHarvest365 comes with an alarm. You will hear a beeping when the water line gets too low. We do recommend that you check your water level every couple of days to insure that the system runs properly and your plants have enough water to thrive.
What if my LED light or other parts on my hydroponic system need to be replaced?
The LED lights should last a very long time. If one does burn out, see our online store for replacements. We have a variety of replacement parts available online. This is a hardy system, you should not need to replace too many pieces. However, if you do need a part, see our online store.
